Could you not use the walking legs from the regular terminator box set and then maybe add some GK symbols to them?

Converting legs can be very tricky, but I find terminator legs to be some of the easier ones, as they're chunkier.

I use a coping saw (very thin blade that can be turned while cutting for a curved cut) and cut along the edges of the armour on the hips, knees and ankles. I then use a file or sanding paper to smooth off the armour pieces that have been cut. Then it's just a matter of pinning each part you've cut off and posing the figure as you want. After that, some green stuff can be used to cover up any holes made by the change in pose.

    Hope this helped!

If you'll be modelling a "loincloth" as in the pic, you can get away with a lot, as the leg cuts and joins will be covered by the loincloth. The feet aren't a major problem - just model the base as uneven ground which conveniently meets the angle of the feet.
