First the list, then an explanation, finishing with a few questions:40K Army: Necrons
The courts/IC's would be deployed with squads like this:HQ:

The 'idea' is to pick 3 of the opponents units as targets for 'hunters from hyperspace', with all three units being wounded on 2+ by ALL three deathmark units. Which is a lot or relentless (phaeron), rending, pinning nastiness. With the gaze of flame, mindshackle scarabs, and 5 power weapon attacks wounding on 2+ (overlord str7, lord normal power weapon but wounding on 2+ because with deathmarks) meaning neither unit is a total pushover in assault. Though the lord is primarily so the res orb can't be sniped out by people bloody killing the overlord with instant death... which happens to me a lot.10 x Deathmarks

+ Lord (res orb)

The smaller unit is to use it's viel of darkness to 'recycle' the target for the 'hunters from hyperspace rule', allowing me to increase the effectiveness of my firepower where it's needed (more on that later). And also to provide some cheeky objective threatening.
The warriors and wraiths meanwhile concentrate on opening up transports for the deathmarks (plus controling nightfighting of course), and in the wraiths case running interferance.
The question is really centered around the small 5 man unit with harbinger of despair. The 'hunters from hyperspace' rule says "when a deathmark unit deploys...(wound on 2+ yada yada)", and the viel of darkness is "The Cryptek and his unit are removed from the tabletop and immediatley deepstrike back onto the battlefield". Then the deepstrike rules are "If you wish to use this deep strike option... Roll for the arrival of these units as specified in the rules for reserves and then deploy them as follows". So, is using viel of darkness to deepstrike and assign a new 'hunters from hyperspace' target a valid reading of the rules, or wishfull thinking? I don't especially mind, as 3x 'HFH' targets is enough anyway I just thought it might be a cool little combo/trick... and i do love combo's. (I'd still take the unit anyway, for the objective harrasment and 2+AP1 template)
Also, thoughts on the list and general idea of the army as a whole? It's for fairly competitive casual play (not tournaments, but we don't go easy on each other), with a 'no horde' meta. Oh and i have 10 points spare, any ideas what to do with it? >_<
