Starting Crimson fists where to start

Hey all,

Since i got some major tax funds being returned im planning on starting a new army

starting with my 1000 points list crimson fists:

Libarian

5 Tac Marine Squad, Razorback (Lascannon, TL Plasma)
5 Tac Marine Squad, Razorback (Lascannon, TL Plasma)

Dreadnaught (Multi melta, Bolter, DCCW)
Dreadnaught (Multi melta, Bolter, DCCW)

Predator (AC)

Landspeeder (Multi Melta, Flamer)

What do you think of it ????

hey semper, for 1000 points its not too bad, although i play a completely different crimson fists list your list could go well....are you using it for competitive or friendly gaming?

Ouch thats a lot of dough for predators lol I'd consider at least one vindi in place of a pred (at least for crowd control). Also either a group of termmies in place of 2 dreads (TH/SS terrmies of course, to be hard hitting and hard to kill). Librarian I think is a good choice for hq (pedro should be for 1500 and up I think). Another alternative to the 2 of the dreads is another tact-razor. The lone speeder can be canned for upgrades or build alternatives I mentioned. Good luck with your 'fists!
