The Bloody Handed God by Gav Thorpe.
    Grudgelore.
    Both for WFB obviously.
Awake O Dead, for there can be no rest for ye beneath the earth. Let the splintered bones burrow from the grave pall. Let cold fingers grip time-worn blades, and unseeing eyes survey the fields of slaughter. For your time has come once more. And the dead shall walk.

The Bloody Handed is a novella and tie in to the Time of Legends stuff by Gav, or do you mean another title by the same name?

In addition, there was also the Witch Hunters Handbook for WFB and The Inquisition for 40k. Furthermore of course the Horus Heresy titles (four books and one omnibus with some bonus content) and one Quiz Book each for W40k and WFB.

There's the old guide to WHFB: The World of Warhammer.

Do you count the Uniforms and Heraldry of the Empire?
