    Reaper have quite a few robot miniatures - but I think that is quite a good match for you.

    I found these yesterday. Maybe not the "I Robot" style the OP is after, but some interesting and fun *homages* to some iconic movie/TV robots.

    Not quite what the OP is after, but this guy is just brilliant

    I'm also open to clunkier designs , such as the earlier mentioned copplestone castings 'terminators'.
