    Vampire lord

Anyone played against a vampire lord from the undead list?
340 points is expensive but dang that guy looks tough. I'm having trouble seeing how one would kill him? Is he easier to tie up or something? He looks like he would be hard to pin down in a combat he dosen't want to be in...

Am I reading it right when it says he has def 6, 14/16 nerve, can cast heal(2) on himself and heals one point of damage for each point he causes on an enemy!? With his attacking stats that healing from damage looks way too powerful...

I haven't played against him yet (but expect to be soon). Any tips? Or just telling me of your experiences?

I've used vampires. The one on foot is a bit over-priced but the one on Pegasus is about right.

If he's casting heal (or any spell) then he's not in combat. He might have a De of 6+ but hit by a unit with any kind of CS and that wavering point of 14 starts to get close. In the new book he'll jst be Evil Dead too - the bloodbath rule is gone.

That bloodbath going sounds important! Because it's the amount of healing that looks so powerful...
