They said on the forums that they are working on having another Warcast machine fitted, but takes a month or two to get and setup. Granted that was a few weeks back so could be up and running.
Kinda sad I didnt notice this until a week ago, would have dropped a few notes into it. Heres hoping for another next year once the Dwarfs are done.
