The Tooth Fairies were one of the inspiration when designing the Varriers.
You will see Guillermo del Toro influences in the Nuem too if you look close enough (not that close really as it should be pretty obvious).
Reminds me I still need to rebase my Evocateur, somehow it ended up on a 40mm base. When I can find a patch of space time that is not taken in my future, so in two weeks.
Really nice pictures coming out of that Worthy Painting studio lately, very nice indeed.
I am not familiar with Guillermo del Toro, so which works should I go check out to get a general feel?
You should watch Pan's Labyrinth, not to get a general feel though you will, but because it's one of the finest films ever made.
Any update on when we can expect all our goodies?

Oh very cool! I guess it should come as no surprise that the tooth fairies were an inspiration, they work very well for the sinister fairy look though. I'm not sure of the Del Toro connection with the Nuem, don't tell me though. I'll have to think about it for a bit.
I think it's on hold indefinitely, most recent news I heard was that he was working on a mecha/kaiju movie called "Pacific Rim" - kind of a bummer, but this project could be good too.
Just saw the concepts for the new units.
They all look good, but the Tormenta is freaking amazing! Love the idea that his arms become extra legs, so he doesn't topple over when firing his cannon.
The Cylod should be interesting in the flesh.
The Tormenta is pretty solid - I like it. For some reason, though, I was expecting it to be pokier.
The Cwalu we'd seen before, but it's still one of my favorite pieces of art to come out of Relics - it's so alien and creepy.
Indiegogo update...
I'm off Thursday if you need an extra pair of packing limbs...Hey all,
We have had an update from the caster.
He reckons he will have all the work done over the weekend and have a courier pick it up Monday.
So, as along as he does keep that deadline and the courier does their part we can expect them to be with us mid to late next week.
Then we need to sort them all (they don’t come pre-‘picked and packed’ I’m afraid…) which I will conservatively say three days – May be quicker but may not.
I’ll do my best to actually start shipping on the day we receive the stock, and each day after that, even if it’s just a handful of packets a day.
We are really sorry for all the delays, hopefully all the lovely models will make up for it!!
Thanks for your patience

I really like the new artwork. Sculpting the Cylods will be a tough one, the Sparga look to be fitting the dribbly Orcnar setting but the Tormenta looks ace, using his hands to dig in and brace for impact is ace, I am truly looking forward to see them all in the flesh. Relics is starting to become a large range with lots of diversity and only four factions so far, now you can start to chose how to construct an army for a game.
I read that about the delays, while sad about not holding anything yet I do not need the package right now either. But I am still looking forward to getting it, anticipation is high.
And some new greens to see for all over on the Tor forum, clicking the pictures themselves there gives the largest view, so here are the links:
Vaettir Cwalu
Orcnar Angilde
I like the short sickle on the Cwalu best, it is like "JJ (Rambo) just needs this puny knife, come on!". The Angilde look suitably "yuk!".
Going by the track record of half a full unit per blister, both two models per blister, as the units are 2/4.
Little Joe is right, packs will contain enough models for a min sized unit except the troopers.... Which require two packs for a min unit. So for these, each pack will contain two models.
