Finecasts in June

In GW Muenchen I was told that all GW stores would take any GW miniature for replacement, no matter where purchased, as long as it is genuine (and that would certainly not be a problem with Finecast).

My experience tells me that's not true.
A couple of years ago I bought a Necromunda gang, which already was direct only at the time. But I ordered it through an indy store that offered ordering direct only stuff as a service.
When I got it I saw that it was mispacked, so I took it to the nearest GW store. They refused to handle the exchange, because I had not bought it from them.

Maybe the policy changed in the meantime?

Or maybe the staffers were just lazy... the guy I spoke with did call somewhere (I assume it was a relevant place) to ensure I'd be able to get replacement somewhere else.

Still, it was a GW store purchase returned in a GW store.

I'd just like to say the new finecast Slann is great, easy to assemble and mine did not come with any miscasts. I have Chakax too and again, no problems.

I'll be ordering most of the other new Lizardmen stuff in the next couple of weeks (6 Kroxigors, 10 Chameleon Skinks, 3 Salamanders & 3 Razordons for now).

how long did it take to come in. I ordered mine through the game store here and they said it would be here quick. I ordered it on the 15 th and I'm still waiting. I want my slann
