    owens ork hoard

as well as my emperors palace WIP i thought i would start a WIP thread of my evil sunz ork army, something to look back on for myself as the army grows too, i have gone for a battle worn and rusting look and on lava bases, i will start with my warlord Ghazghkull Thraka which i repositioned to give a more dynamic pose, added a flamer, a gretchin holding a space marine head and giving the V, and some trophy poles.

shanks - Your army is coming along nicely, but I have a quick gestion about the mega dread, how tall, and is the base a 60mm wide one?

    Can't wait for more.

    hi all
been a while since i done anything so started to convert some kopters from the black reach set, i am converting them using bits and bobs and some sopwith camel and fokker models, have left the wings off for now for ease of painting, eventually i will make 6, i am also converting a bomber from GW anyway, here are a couple pictures of progress

They look really nice and gritty just how orks should be. Loving all the battle damage especially.

Looking forward to the bi plane bombers as well.

    Cheers

here are a couple of shots of my bommer with rear gunner, inspiration again from WW planes, i have converted it using plastikard, model of a star wars ship and various bits and bobs from bits box, still some work to do on it also a couple pictures of the flying base, my models are on lava bases but cant get one big enough for flyers so did my own in green stuff, slate and stones, let me know what ou think, thanks
