Are you currently involved with a 40K Campaign? If so, tell us about it! What's the format, the armies, how many players, and how's it going?
Yes, our gaming group, the PCRC has an ongoing campaign across our own little subsector, Antona Australis.
Within that framework, we're currently fighting over a seemingly insignificant dustball called Shale, in the Bothusion System, and the ongoing story – it's a narrative campaign with an escalation format – can be seen in our collective blog Soul of Shale
There are eight of us involved.

Shameless self promotion: The Ateph Campaign
Ongoing in the battle report forum, and the next report will be up this sunday/monday. Its a tale of two inquisitors fighting over mysterious artefacts.
Also, have a look at The Garos Campaign, my original, and probably best campaign. The story of an Ork waaagh, and the Imperium's attempts to stop it.

Our group's last campaign ended a while ago, but there's been chatter about reviving a new one. In the meantime we've been playing games in the same setting, gearing up the matchups that will define our next big game.

The Badab War just started last week with two victories for the secessionists. My Inquisition has not made it to the field of battle so far but they will very soon.

I ran a map campaign a year or so ago at my club using the tile set GW produce. Essentially Nids plus their enslaved cultists (Guard and orks) assaulted an imperial world. Space Marines arrived to help. End of the campaign the Nids held only the Hve City and the Raven Guard were told off (they were in charge of the space amrine task force) for allowing the hive city to fall. Essentially the result was Iperium victory but the Nids have the population centre of the planet they were fighting over. Every week the Hive Cmdr allocated who would attack which territores to atatck and the defencding commander (the raaven guard player) allocated who was defending where. Defender allocated without knowing who was attacking so it ended being almost random draws of who portected what fighting against who.
Considering a follow up campaign set within the hive city as the marines try to clear it of Nid infestation.
My group is currently running a campaign based on the Vogen map campaign from back in the day. I reworked the locations on the map to represent Atmos, a lost City-Fortress on a world that had been overtaken by Tyranids and subsequently suffered exterminatus. It's worked out well enough so far, our group seems to be happy with it for the first time ever.
To keep things interesting, halfway through the campaign I replaced all of the locations and the map with a new one, representing Atmos "late war" so to speak. The ules and our version of the map can be found below:

Sidenote! I once saw a brilliant campaign that had no score or story, but had players roll 3D6 against a chart of brief storylines. There were 20ish storylines and 6 players in the campaign, so you could choose to apply one of your dice rolled toward which player you wanted to face, and the other two toward the storyline table. Each storyline had a basic mission setup from one of the three expansions with a point level. It was very elegant and simple, and someday I hope to write a similar one! Anyone recall where I could find this?
