Read it, but never seen it used.
I've seen it resolve a rules dispute once or twice
I see it resolve rules disputes all the time
I haven't seen it referred to much
I haven't seen it referred to at all
Read it, but never seen it used.

But it is not doing what it says. It ignores the injury, as there is no injury it will not work, and is a pointless ability. Sorry had to say it. These two abilities are direct opposites and really need an official and unified ruling(we use the INAT one even though we disagree with it).
You can still realistically die from the toxin even though you shrug off the actual wound.

@Gargantuan and Gorbad Ironclaw. I was specifically referring to changing a rule for a public event. Not for your group of friends getting together for a game night.
I don't see any problem with that either. As long as you inform people up front that you have done so I don't see why not. Sticking to the "established" rules is really just a shorthand for a whole set of assumptions and agreements. If you want to change any of that it's up to you to inform people, but I see no reason at all why you couldn't do it. Does it mean that some people might not want to participate? Possible. But equally there might be other people who wouldn't participate if you didn't change stuff and ultimately the only thing that matters if having fun. If you think changing something might be more fun for whatever reason then do it. Public event or not. If people don't agree with you then they will vote with their feet. But no one should feel forces into running any game in a way they don't agree with just because.
Edit: On topic. Must admit I don't think I've ever heard of this thing. Been a few years since I was active on the UK tournament circuit and I gather this is a player made FAQ but yeah, never even heard of it, let alone seen it used.
Our tournament will be using it as a reference.
How we will implement it is as followed, or how judges solve problems:
Problem -->rulebook/codex -->problem --> GW FAQ --> problem --> both players can agree to roll a 4+ --> problem --> judges call, situations described in INAT will be used if possible, if not judges choice.
As you see the INAT is a last resource if players cant agree, even I do not agree with all its choices but what I do like is that it gives a certain degree of continuity for the players. My guess is that it will be used sporadic throughout the tournament.

I'll update the original post, but I was operating under the assumption that the FAQ used by most major tournaments in the US would have been more omnipresent.
Honestly, to really get honest opinions, I would want people who've seen it in action one way or the other, not people who just read it once and decide if it's useful or not. In any case, here's the link:

(The very first google result for inat faq, btw...not for nothing, but it's hardly hidden if people wanted to find it)
