I could chance the 40 block of skelton to zombies but not sure of it. Then i could make my lord also lvl 4. But stil not sure then

- Spears are sub-optimal on skeletons, unless you are running Mortis Engines
- Only having L2 casters is a bit weak @2.5K, again unless you have Mortis Engine with Blashphemous Tome
- Hexwraiths probably better off in 2 untis of 5
- Razor banner isn't great on skellies; I'd swap it for a Red Fury or another magic level.

Looks more viable this time, here are some other suggestions
- A bit character heavy. I'd consider dropping 1 of the heroes, or at least demoting the vampire to L1 wizard
- Try and keep your core to the minimum you need. Drop the Doom Wolf and split the wolves into 2 units of 5
- Drop the vargoyle.
- Drop a zombie unit for more ghouls. 20 is too small for 2500

My core for 2500 usually looks like this:
24 skeletons FC screaming banner (155)
20 zombies std mu
2 x 5 dire wolves
29 ghouls ghast
- use ghouls offensively, while your master of the dead buffs up unit size of skeletons and zombies. use skeletons as a reserve / last-ditch combat block, screaming banner will help a little bit. use zombies as a bunker for necromancers

Going to min core, and dropping the vargoyle and L2 on the vamp gives you 125 pts to play with. That buys you banner of the barrows on your knights and red fury on your lord, plus 25 pts to spare (cursed book, power stone are must-takes for me), or maybe an 11th knight.

With the characters you have, I'd run the WK in the ghouls, vamp in the skellies, and both necros in the zombies. Lord obviously with the BK
