    Music editing software

Hey, I'm attending a wedding at the end of the month and the bride has asked me to edit a song for the first dance but actually don't own any software like that. I was hoping that one of you would know of some free software that I can download, I could google it but thought I'd jst asking around on here first.

    cheers

Charax beat me to the punch.
Audacity is free and used quite heavily by a lot of non-professional-but-still-want-to-tinker-with-sound (education facilities seem to us it a lot)
In the Grim Darkness of the Far Grim Dark there is only Grim Darkness, and skulls.

Audacity is great. It's easy to use and works well. I've been using it for years to edit and cut together music for a dance society.
Occasionally accused of being helpful and constructive.
One ring Book to rule them all, one ring place to find them, One ring Codex to bring them all, and in the Darkness future bind them. Time for the unified Marine Codex.
