which had the actual release date of the fliers, not the pre-order date. So it may not be a surprise to see the book out on the 23rd.

The Bowie Battlebunker is advertising a huge "MYSTERY EVENT" for the 23rd. This all seems like a lot of hype for the pre-order date...

My guess is it will be pre-orders, formal announcement, complete with demos of the new rules.
Maybe 23 June will be pre-order with rules available in store for demo games. Add in those flyer type handouts with major changes and that makes more sense.
