Is this a good Airbrush/compressor?

As the title suggests, is this - http://www.rdgtools.co.uk/acatalog/A...ND_SPARES.html - (3rd one down elephant) a good enough set up for an airbrush noob?

i've got the one above it and its brilliant. It has everything you'll need and its just an extra £30. You can adjust the air pressure as well and you get 2 air brushes too

Thanks alim, the reason I'm asking about the elephant one is that I've been offered it for £20. Apparently, the brush needs a new needle but otherwise is good to go.
