LOL, No way, VC can't run from a charge they have to hold always, but that doesn't mean you can't Stand and shoot, S&S it's just another way to hold the lines (but shooting all you've got!!)

Actually that does mean you can't stand and shoot. Normally most units have three charge reactions..HOLD, FLEE, STAND AND SHOOT. Undead in their rules state that they may only choose HOLD. No Undead (And this really only F's over Tomb Kings here) may ever stand and shoot, They can't choose it as a reaction.
