Ideas for mono god Nurgle DOC?

Is there to make a mono god burgle DOC list that could be tournament viable in 8th?

Would the blail flail gou be an auto include?

Large units of beasts of nurgle?

Is it worth putting heralds in with the plague bearers?

Epidemius.... plus as high a level mage GUO as you can get should do it, lots of bonus to cast and super poison from early on if you can get a few damaging spells off then your plague bearer units and beasts become golden.
