One reason I like to read about chaos is the information, background and all their toys that don't feature in the codex.
For example: In Dark Apostle the Word Bearers strive to build a tower called a Gehemanet. In Know no Fear all Word Bearers use a warp flask instead of vox. Is there any other examples of these kind of instruments?
The Jehgenesh is the only one that springs to mind.

Reading 'Traitor General' and 'his last command' we see a few other chaos internal inventions they use on their own worlds; glyphs and wirewolves the biggest examples i can remember off top of my head. Plus, who wouldn't be afraid of a 7ft mound of muscle with tusks and a propencity for extreme violence, even if their weapons don't work? An Ork in just it's boxer shorts would make most Imperial Guardsmen wet themselves...
Warp enhanced cogitators in the Ravenor series might also count.
I seriously doubt that the followers of Chaos would have missed so obvious a trick to up-power the systems on their bases and ships especially with the dark mechanicus's love of bundling warp essenses into tech.
What a spectacular random-number generators those Chaos-fueled cogitators must have...

Enhanced? Tainted definitely but not enhanced. Used because of exposure, not exposed to facilitate use.
One could add "The Scream" used by Talos in Void Stalker to the list.

Theese cogitators were the only ones able to handle the language of Enuncia, so yeah, I would call them enhanced.

While not originally chaotic artefacts, but rather lost pieces of Dark Age technology (and in use before their owners turned traitors); you have "The Butcher's Nails", the rage inducing neural implants of the World Eaters, first put into their primarch by his slavemaster owners when he was a gladiator and then reverse engineered and copied by his techmarines for use by his entire legion as they were re-united, and Kharns unique "Kill-counter" in his helmet.
The heretic Pontius Glaw in the Eisenhorn series was of a torc (as in simple jewelry of twisted metal) from a barbarian slave he bought for his pit-fights. Turned out it was a highly advanced piece of tech (again from the dark age of technology) that opened the bearers senses to the warp, and had been the cause of the downfall of that world during the age of strife. Glaw himself was sort of a chaos tool (heh...), as he was a conciousness stored in an advanced crystal computer-thingymajig, sort of an unique human version of an Eldar Waystone.
Blurring the line between technology and magic we have the weapons of the Kinebrach, the alien part of the Interex federation in the opening books of the Horus Heresy series. The humans of that federation went "Whoa, dudes, stop making those things!", and the aliens agreed, putting the last ones in a museum. Most notably "the Anatheme", the dagger that was stolen and arranged to wound Horus.
The book Eye of Terror features a trader running goods out from fringe worlds of said stellar phenomenon, to sell on the black market. Jewels you put under your pillow and what you dream about becomes real. The same trader also has a Wraithguard in his retinue, while not chaos tech in itself, one can guess there must have been some sort of chaotic influence to brainwash (spiritstonewash?) it into serving a bunch of mutants and posesses...
First book in the Inqusition war series has the heroes visiting, again, the fringe worlds of the Eye, where they meet an obese female Slaaneshi champion riding around on an antigrav palaquin drawn by steeds of slaanesh. Hmm... now tempted to do a model based on that character, daemonoic herald on chariot...
