Alright so I think I may finally give in and try to get a Jarren Kell model (along with a converted Creed). Only thing is I do not run a Cadian army and that banner behind him is strictly Cadian. While I would like to use him, when I look at the model his sword and his head seem to be attached to the banner in a most unpleasant way. has anyone tried shaving off the Cadian details? Would you just green stuff the details over?
I doubt that "shaving" is practical. But it would be relatively easy to GS over just the embossed CADIA on the banner?
If its the finecast one, it should be as easy as anything. For practise, you should try shaving off the letters on the tab of the model. Finecast ones come off whole, you could even reglue it on somewhere else. The banner will be as simple as this.
For metal, maybe a dremel tool.
