pVlad Jack Heavy

So I've just recently started a Khador army, and I'm having some trouble deciding what it is I want to get out of this army. After some serious deliberation I have decided to start out with a jack heavy list. After looking over the casters I have settled on pVlad to be my heavy metal guy. With signs and portents plus his feat and boundless charge he becomes quite good with jacks, while at the same time being a fierce caster in his own right. So here is a first go at a list I would like to try out at 25 pts. I don't know if this will work at all, so I would like to get some ideas on just how viable this list, or one like it, would be.

Demolisher grants girded to them all, vlad hides behind massive wall of steel casting wind wall while running the jacks for 8 until I get in range to shoot. On turn I am in range to fire cast signs and portents blast away, following turn feat and charge. I have no idea if this list is viable at all, or if I should simply bump it up to 35 and add some more stuff for support. (mechanics, war dog, widow makers etc) Thanks guys, C&C welcome.

Good choice of vlad/drago. Looks good, may be a little short on models vs other armies at 25 pts but thats khador for you. Above 25, as you mentioned, widowmakers, the dog help a bit. FYI, I don't think you're supposed to post the models' points. Forum rules and all that...

Points cost is allowed for warmachine/hordes, seeing as you can get them by looking into forwardkommander or other armybuilder stuff.
