I don't have a scan of it, but it's in NQ40 as well, and I know that at least Firestorm games still has that issue available.

Theme Army - Bad Seeds

A theme force that reflects eMagnus working with corrupt elements of Cygnar. It allows him to take Cygnaran units and warjacks. It's a very powerful themed force and allows eMagnus to utilize a different play style, especially with the combination of ambushing units and his feat.

Tier 1
Models allowed: Renegade and Talon light warjacks, Mangler, Mule, Rover, and Nomad heavy warjacks, Kell Bailoch, Orin Midwinter, or Saxon Orrik.
Benefit: Magnus’ battlegroup can include Charger and Sentinel light warjacks and up to one Defender heavy warjack. This army can include Sword Knight, Ranger, and Trencher units and
associated non-character solos. These are Mercenary models instead of Cygnar models and can include attachments.


Tier 2
Includes some Rangers.
Benefit: Kell Bailoch, eMagnus' favorite sniper is included for free.


Tier 3
Orin Midwinter and three or more warjacks.
Benefit: eMagnus' warjacks all start their first turn with 1 focus.


Tier 4
Saxon Orrik and at least one unit of Sword Knights (can't be 'jack marshalling anything).
Benefit: Saxon Orrik and that unit of Sword Knights gain Ambush. Both have to Ambush during the same turn.
