Wow, superb work on everything. I really must add some Word Bearers to my Black Legion force soon. What specific paint did you highlight the armor with? It looks orangish to me, which seems odd at first, but I think it works pretty darn well.

I love the fact you referred to him by his fluff name! This is an awesome forum.

The gilding was made was made with plasticard (StripStyrene 0.015 x 0.100 size), carefully cut with a brand new ultra sharp scalpel. The little bolts were some plastic rod cut into tiny disks. It wasn't too hard except for the feet as they were curved.



I'll have some more Bloodletters to upload tomorrow, but my camera's charging tonight.

I really like what you've done here. With the onset of 6th ed's ally rules I'm probably going to add a Word Bearer contingent to my Daemon army, and your scheme is exactly what I'm looking for.

Inspired me to do a Crusaders of chaos armylist. Containing my traitor guards as a base and adding 2 squads of marines, 1 hero and terminators squad with Word bearers scheme.

I've been busy this weekend. I've made some progress on the Rhino but it's far from done (deep into the "ugly silver" zone). However, I've finished 5 models off.

A Cohort of Bloodletters
I have finally completed the 10 Bloodletter Daemons, ready to attach to my 700 point list to make it 900 points. The larger horned Daemon will act as a Herald of Khorne, accompanied by 9 other Bloodletters.



Enough of Daemons for a while, next up is the Rhino, a few more marines and 2 missile launcher armed Battle Brothers to provide some ranged heavy support.

I'll get onto those this weekend. Sorry there's not been much activity of late, but life's been busy!
