Can you provide a link to the page you are seeing this on? "dark elves bit on the gw site" isn't very helpful.
Go to the main Dark Elves page (this one, or go Warhammer > Dark Elves if the link don't work), and it should be one of the 4 products suggested at the bottom. Refresh or change country if you don't see it right away. That product lead to a blank page, here.
Yeah I was bored and searched around to find it :P
Vampire Counts Army : At least 4000pts built, much more waiting for some love!
Tomb King Army : About 6000 pts of troops, all that is left is painting!
My Sales thread!
Looks like an unused Lord of the Rings page to me. For example if you make the last digit of the URL a 1 instead of a 4 you get:
Heroes of the Free Peoples
A similar blank page also dedicated to LoTR, and given that the image for the link is Sauron I think it's just a mistake.
In case it gets taken down, here is the 'Mistresses of Magic' screen grab
I don't think this is News or a Rumour, so I'm moving the thread to Fantasy General.
Arnizipal,
++ The Warseer Moderation Team ++
It's gone now.
No one any ideas then? Yeah looked like a mistake but someone had obviously created that mistresses of magic page so must mean something right? I've not heard that name before and must represent dark elf sorcs, plus someone had mentioned new delf models in the rumour section recently. I know im probably wishing tho
You didn't read my post at all, did you?
Sometimes I just have to imagine some IT guy at GW creating random pages that vanish half an hour later and then sitting down with a bag of chips and a coke enjoying the show while chaos ensues on the forums.
There are actually scores of blank pages with titles at the top. If you alter the last digit in the post above you'll get a handful, some say "Advanced Orders", some just say "Games Workshop", and more. This is the first time one has been linked on a main army page.
Was that not the title of an old DE article based around the (then new) Sorceress models?
