    The Ked's Greenskins

Hello all. After umming and awwing about starting a painting log I decided its high time I stop being a serial lurker and actually do it. Its my hope that by doing so I can improve my fairly average skills and finally get something finished.

So heres what to expect; Greenskins. So far I've got 50 Night Goblins, 3 Fanatics, 10 Black Orcs, plastic Goblin Shaman, 10 Wolf Riders, Orc bsb and a kitbashed Orc Warboss. Probably not the best army to play with but its what I liked the look of on the shelves.

So onto the pictures, after all its why we're here! First off my warboss. Its basically copied off a member of Da Warpath and uses bits from the Ork Nob box, Black Orcs, plastic Warboss kit and a Flagellant back banner.

I'm guessing though you want to see some paint. Well here you go, the first Night Goblin.

Well thats all for now. I'll have more pictures once I get some more gobbos finished. Thanks for taking the time to have a peek!

Nice, I've always like the use of Nobs in the Fantasy game. Any specific theme to this army?

Thanks, yeah the Nob kit is amazing. I've used most of the heads on my Black Orcs too. As for theme, no not really. Its just going to be things I like painting until I get a table ready army and we'll go from there.

Really like the colour scheme you chose for the night goblin. Well executed and its unique.

More greenskin love is always welcomed in my book ! ^^

Nice little gobbo, I like the bright colouring of the robes instead of the usual black scheme. I can't wait to see more progress, you can have a look at my blog too when you have time :-)

    Keep it up !

Thanks for the replies guys and sorry for not updating for a while. Been hectic with my birthday happening, painting a model for my 8 year old cousin in an attempt to get him interested and then entering a local painting competition. Its surprising embarassing to have people whos blogs I regularly read post on mine.

I do have something to show though, even if it is only a single model.

My first Black Orc. I painted this to see if my red and yellow scheme would look decent on something bigger. I quite like it personally.

I also have a picture of the 4 Night Goblins I've currently finished.

So yeah thats all folks. Currently painting another Night Goblin and a Orc Big 'un boss. Hopefully pics in a few days,

The scheme for the black orcs looks really good and fits well with the gobbos ^^
