Thousand sons Contemptor dreadnought

I am thinking of getting a contemptor dreadnought, and whilst I would probably use magnets, I will only be able to afford two arms at first and so am thinking which ones to get, I am thinking either DCCW with flamer and heavy bolter, or DCCW with in built flamer and either a multie melta or a plasma cannon, all options however would support my Thousand sons well and so I am not sure which to get, so what have people found them to be like? I could easily convert a butcher cannon.

For Mark of Tzeentch, butcher cannon will be good since it'll benefit from rerolls. Multimelta might also have a use in this regard.

I thought the it only got the rerolls in combat?
