Space Marine Scout Scale?

I was looking through CMON and I came across these amazing space wolves, http://www.coolminiornot.com/285971?browseid=2027501 , I was wonder if anyone knew the scale of space marine scouts next to the catachan command squad? If they are compatible I would love to attempt to make some of these characterful wolves. Also can anyone confirm if the heads are those from the fantasy chaos? Any other insights or tips into how to recreate these would be very welcome.

I've used Cadian and Catachan heads in SM scouts and they fit perfectly.

Even though fluffwise scouts ought to be much taller than IG (due to them having at least some of the marine super-duper enhancements), in practice most bits are swappable between scouts and IG. WHFB not so much though, and some of their head mountings are also different...
