    Raveniser is correct, a flier can shoot 4 weapons a turn, two of which can be missiles.
    While the Voidraven is primarily an anti-vehicle tool its not hard to fire your missiles in such a way that they will partly cover an enemy vehicle, which makes it a legitimate target for your void lances in the same turn.

    As others have said, it can fire four weapons, no more than two of which can be missiles. However, they must all be fired at the same target unit, and the targets for DE missiles and void lances just don't have much in common.

    The void lances can only fire at your declared target. The large blasts must be placed such that the center of the blast marker is over a model in the target unit. Merely clipping the target vehicle is not legal.

    Ah, my bad. In that case they're probably not worthwhile taking. Do missiles count as weapons for the purpose of Weapon Destroyed, prior to being fired, of course?

    Yup. Whats more, if you have 4 missiles, you treat them as 4 separate weapons for rolling weapon destroyed. Quite handy if you're the one getting that result on your plane.

    But just because of the flyer movement rules. Couldn't it be nice with some alternative weapons for using against ground troops for that turn where suddenly no vehicles or monsters are in sight? Would also make the Voidraven an even better (more obvious) distraction unit for the opponent to waste shots against. As long as they aren't skyfire.

    Anyone here?

    Got excited when I heard that the Voidraven might be released soon. Guess this has been discussed already. But which flyer is your choice in 6th? Without any experience as all, I would say armour 11 is a huge advantage. The Voidraven with flickerfield would be my default choice. Yet, if I compare its to my vendetta it seems ridiculously expensive for one less S9, nothing twin-linked, and 1 less in armoured value. Not to mention transport capability. Stupid IG flyers.
