I have the rulebook but not any relevant codices on hand. Anyone have a solid answer on this? Bulky says the unit takes up 2 slots, but doesn't say anything about preventing them from riding in vehicles.

No they cannot. Page 78 mentions limitations on transports.
Unless the FAQs changed something the restriction on Rhinos not carrying Terminators is in the Rhino section as well as part of the Terminators rules...also, they took up 2 slots before so I don't see what's really changed?

thing is why would you want to stick termies into a transport?
cant assault the turn they disembark, its a rhino so **** armour... not really looking good so far
