Armada book

Does anyone know where one could get the Armada book? Either in print or in pdf? I know majority of the rules are on the GW site, which I have, but I want more of the background and fluff found in the book. I did a quick search on eBay and only found previous sales, which were actually quite expensive. Edit: Actually, I just found one for £10. I may have to get that. But if anyone knows if there are official pdfs, please let me know, thanks.

The German version of the Games Workshop site has the complete Armada book as a pdf. (armada - erganzungsbuch)

Hmm...its in complete German. But the pictures are good. I checked the other english speaking countries (Australia, USA, UK, Canada) and all were just the appendices. Oh well...

I believe what he is looking for is the complete manual tho, the fleet pdfs leave out quite a bit of info (mostly pictures but the first 9 pages that cover some rules are missing also). You can find them in french and german on their respective gw sites but not english.

Thanks Lord_Squinty, but andrewchristlieb is correct, I'm looking for the stuff between the pdf's that the english-speaking GW's provide. Its too bad that it'd be impossible to translate the french or german pdfs effectively.

Well it could be done, but it would require spending quite a bit of either time or money :P. If someone had the time you can have microsoft word translate the document however it will only take about 10 pages or so at a time. Of course it will probably need to be rechecked for grammer and errors even after that. A pro translation would run you quite a bit due to the size of the document.
