Mission: Will of the emperor & Mysterious objectives

Hello everyone,

Next Friday ill be participation in a small tournament and after reading the Scenario's we are going to play i came across "will of the Emperor" which is no.5.
This mission is basically the old HQ mission from 5th where both players deploy one objective on their own table half. Now this mission also uses the Mysterious objective rules.
I am wondering how much of a drawback it is when you have a booby trapped objective that you need to sit on and your opponent has something else.

That said should this mission have mysterious objectives?
