Las-Plas Razorback Weapon Destroyed Result Question

When you roll a 4 on the Vehicle Damage Table it says "One of the Vehicles Weapons (Randomly Chosen) is Destroyed - including any combi- or built in weapons.

So does this mean that on a Razorback (Las-Plas) has lost its 2 Weapon survivability?

If you are referring to the las-plas Razorback, no, it hasn't. Those are still two separate weapons. Combi-weapons are, of course, self-identifying. Built-in weapons are things like Space Marine Dreadnought close combat weapon options that list a secondary weapon as being built-in.
