Man with a plan in need of help and guidance!

Good evening and hello to the community out there!

Ok long time lurker but non poster here, but I have come to a point where I need some help and guidance from all you lovely folk out there.
(and its not my spelling haha!)

Ok the intro bit, ok im 33 and been playing various wargames for at least 23 years now mostly historic but had a few fantasy armies over the years and have come up with a bit of a mad plan for next year!

The plan, Well its this, to take a year out late next year and play fantasy games across the globe! Yes a treat a whole year to play table top games across the globe. Now i have been to many of the larger cities around the world with work and am hopping to get off the beaten track a little and this seems a great way to get to some places not listed in the general uk holiday packages . And more importantly to meet some great folks out there! (some of you guys hopefully).

The Help!

Part 1

What to take with me! Ok Have a v.c army for warhammer, and that is coming with me its being painted up at the moment! Now I fancy carrying a warmachine army and a malifux gang, and now a 40k force.

Can people let me know what sort of points levels people are playing out there?

Part 2

Where to go and when?

Ok if you have a great club, shop, painting company (blue table painting im defo coming for a visit if you will have me) or a convention/show near you can you post and let me know, time of year and that sort of thing just so I can start planning out where and when roughly.


Hope some of you read and post up, and hope to get some sort of painting/army building blog up soon 3 1/2 armies to paint in a year! well should help to save some cash being stuck at my painting table!
