With the sharing of homegrown warband lists recently I thought I'd share a warband I made up a few years ago. The list we used was modified from this version, but this was the latest copy I had on my computer. It probably won't see use in my current group, but I thought maybe somebody somewhere would be interested in it. The initial goal was to provide an Elven warband option that was more in line with the main rulebook than some of the other ones we knew about at that time

Dragon Princes of Caledor Special Equipment
-------------------------------------------
Elven Cloak (75 + D6x10 gc / Rare 12):
Being from Ulthuan, Dragon Princes have access to items that are rarely seen by other races.

Elven Wine (50+3D6 gc / Rare 10)
High Elven wines are well known to be the best in the world, and some are even rumoured to have magical qualities. A fine Elven Wine can cast out doubt and fear and leave a general feeling of well-being in a warrior. A Dragon Princes of Caledor Warband that drinks Elven Wine before a battle will be immune to Fear for the whole of the battle.
(Dragon Princes of Caledor Only, one use only)

Elven Runestones (50+2D6 gc / Rare 11)
Dragon Mages are well known for their potential to tap into the raw potential of magic. They have learned how to tap into Elven Runestones in a way not taught by the mages of the High Tower. A Dragon Mage with Elven Runestones may use them to cause a spell to backlash against the caster. To do so, the mage must roll against the spell’s Difficulty (Sorcery does not help here, but the Dragon Mage does roll 3d6 instead of 2d6 as if casting a spell himself). If he succeeds then a second copy of the spell is worked out with the caster of the original spell as the target of this new spell. The orignal spell works as normal whether the spell is copied or not. The effects of the first spell are resolved before the effects of any copied spell. Elven Runestones may not be used to copy a copied spell. The Dragon Mage suffers a S3 hit with no armour save if he rolls doubles and a S5 hit with no armour save on a roll of a triple. This applies whether the attempt was successful or not. Please note this is not the normal manner in which Elven Runestones operate and only apply to how they are used in the hands of a Dragon Mage.
(Dragon Princes of Caledor Only.)

Dragon Armour (70+3d6 gc / Rare 10)
Dragon Armour counts as Heavy Armour in all respects. It also bestows immunity to breath and fire attacks.
(Dragon Princes of Caledor Only.)

Familiar (20+1D6 gc / Rare 8)
Familiars do not work in the normal way for Dragon Mages. Dragon Mages with a familiar may reroll one die of the controlling player's choosing when checking against spell difficulty. This is done before determing if the Dragon Mage suffers a hit due to rolling a double or triple. The affects of a Familiar may not be utilized with an Elven Runestone.
(Dragon Princes of Caledor Only.)

Dragon Princes of Caledor Special Skills
========================================
Powerful Build
The warrior is strongly built for an Elf, and is capable of feats of strength not often seen among the people of Ulthuan. A warrior with this skill may choose skills from the Strength skills table from now on. This skill may only be taken by the Noble and Drakesons.

Master of Runes
The Dragon Mage has learned to harness the power of the High Elven runes of power (see Elven Runestones) to a degree few mages attain. When using Elven Runestones, the mage is +1 to his dispel roll. In addition, the mage can inscribe the weapons and armour of one of his fellow warriors with Elven runes. One member of the Warband may reroll a single failed armour save or Parry roll once per battle. After a single battle, the runes lose their glamour and must be redone. This skill may only be taken by Dragon Mages.

Seeker
When rolling on the Exploration chart, the Elf allows you to modify one dice roll by -1/+1.

Excellent Sight
Elves have eyesight unmatched by mere humans. With training the Elf spots Hidden enemies from two times as far away as other warriors (i.e., twice his Initiative value in inches).

Fey
Hostile magic spells will not affect the Elf on a D6 roll of 4+.

Luck
The Elf is blessed by Lileath, the Elven goddess of luck. Once per game he may re-roll any dice roll he makes (but not one made by other members of the warband).

Speed of Asuryan
The warrior always 'strikes first' when using a weapon that normally strikes in initiative order. If fighting an enemy that also 'strikes first' then attacks are made in initiative order. If using a weapon that always strikes last then the character uses that weapon at initiative instead. If combined with the Strongman skill then the character 'strikes first' with double-handed weapons.

Valour of Ages
This may only be taken by the leader of the warband. The player may decide whether to automatically fail or succeed at their first Route test each game.

The tables were originally set up for an evenly spaced typeface like Courier and I am too lazy to clean it up here. The Dragon Mage saw the most change since this incarnation including increasing the damage from miscasting and her leadership fluctuated between six and eight depending on the list. I don't remember where we settled in the end. In fact, we likely never made any sort of final decision as she was in a constant state of flux. Most of the other things were left unchanged aside from a tweak here or there. I think most of it was just add 5gc here or subtract 5gc over there.
