Future jetbikes?

I apolagize if this old news or already known by others....but check out p.428 of the 6th edition 40k bible There is mention of jetbikes and eldar jetbikes. It would be very strange if dark eldar bikes are not included for the eldar bikes... So... Are there a possibility of jetbikes coming back along with the dark angels? Or even perhaps rules for those that were created in the past or those made by other companies to be compatible with their system (last one seems doubtful though!)

Calm down, breathe, stop jumping to conclusions.

Jet bikes are in there because some races that aren't Eldar have jetbikes. Necrons have Jetbikes, Orks have jetbikes (well, Deffkoptas) - Jetbikes doesn't mean Imperial Jetbikes

That's mainly because of the ONE existing DA jetbike (and the last one in existence for the imperium. They just forgot how to build them, and reverse-engineering Sammael's ride is not something they know how to do, either).

yeah the orks and necrons have them and the dark angels have one ... though im pretty sure it says they may have more hidden amongst the successor chapters :P

And jetbike isn't necessarily an actual literal jetbike. It's a set of special rules governing movement and a few things like saves. Screamers are treated as jetbikes, as are chariots of Tzeench if I recall.

...not that I would mind the Traitor Legions having access to them in some limited form, after reading the Horus Heresy novels.

Sad sad face.... Yes i checked the stats of said vehicles and such. and i believe i jumped the gun... My memories of the past jet bikes, the hope of future ones with new edition and seeing some basic ones that are presently being sold and i got too excited... Smile. It could have been worse...
