Alas no mate, it obviously had to be after finecrap (at least for the conversion packs) but other than that no idea as I've not heard anything since the initial rumour. As you well know from concept to sale point of plastic kits isn't that quick. Basically no idea at all of timeframe, I certainly don't hear of them being amongst the next bunch of releases.
It is really weird to hear that, because I remember being so excited and awed when they came out. While I'm not first generation, I'm apparently old enough to still be impressed with models that appear old to newer people. But then there are only a handful of models still being made that remain from when I started playing. I have to say, whatever they replaced them with would have to be pretty darn amazing. Those models are still killer.

Head resculpts are a far smaller project than the full models, which as I said originally came out staggered over 24 months. All four going to plastic at the same time would be a full army release worth of plastic kits. While not impossible, it would leave no room for anything else. While I'm sure they'll all go plastic eventually, what you suggest seems highly unlikely and impractical (and would hurt sales overall).
Well we recently had a month that was mostly just fliers for 40k, perhaps next year we could have a month of mostly just monster releases? Stickmonkey hinted in one of the 40k threads that a plastic Eldar Avatar was on the way too, and there have been rumors of a new Tyranid monster (Harpy or Cerebore iirc) flying around for ages, so a month of monster releases next year for multiple armies could certainly happen.
Warning: comments expressed above may not mesh with your world view. Try not to let this upset you.
Gw on the other hand is a much larger company today than when the first sculpts of these demons where released. But yeah you're right anyway how long they take to create is kinda irrelevant they will want to release them separately anyway to try to increase the amount of people starting demon armies as much as possible.
Soulgrinders in fantasy. That's all I'm saying. Massive rectangle base. Shifty.

A Jez Godwin-pattern bloodthister? Yes please!!very exciting that bit at minimum.
First of all, thanks for the rumours, good to know we're finally going to get plastic PB!!!
However, I find the new nurgle monster thing too good to be true... If it's not Kugath, that means it should come with some White Dwarf rules... How strong is the rumour?
Is that a rumour? Sounds a bit like a rumour.
I don't know. Folks tell me things. I assume they are telling the truth because I can not imagine why anyone would make something up. Certainly can't imagine why someone would go to the trouble of contacting me just to make something up .... and yet this happens from time to time and I look a bit foolish. Maybe thats it. Maybe there is a competition to see who can get Harry to repeat the most ridiculous rumour.![]()

From over in the 40K 2012 releases thread, thanks to Kijamon
Someone on Reddit saying much the same
"So in next months white dwarf there is going to be a leaflet with updates for Codex daemons and daemons in fantasy.
Some changes to old units, flamers are now only S4 in fantasy and some units have had point changes. ect.
Also new units slannesh massive chariot (2D6 +1 impact hits) and other weird chariot thing in 1 kit. the other thing looks and acts kind of like a mobile meat lawnmower. this is in both games and acts like a chariot in 40K.
also soul grinders are coming to fantasy! has T7 6 wounds and a load of upgrades for its shooting. looks pretty mental. the model (40K kit) in the white dwarf and leaflet was on the same base as the giant goblin spider.
also new models for plague bearers (really really nice, some have fly heads) screamers (look similar but with lots of eyes), flamers (similar) and nurgalings (looks like a pile of funny little germ monsters you might get in a dish washer advert).
Also new beastman shaman.
should be out next week ."
Well, cool if it turns out true, but I'm not really looking forward to giant powerclaws in WFB >>

Thanks for reposting it here.
I have updated the first post and colour coded the accuracy rumours.
Slightly disappointed that the big thing on a monster base I heard about sounds like the soul grinder and my assumption based on what I heard wss Nurgle monster is inncorrect. Soulgrinders .... not really my thing.
