    Lizardman Rumour

    In an effort to pull together what few rumours we have …
    I have started threads for each of the armies rumoured to be somewhere in the pipeline.
    I will do my best to keep the first posts updated as more rumours appear in these threads.
    I have tried to remember as much as I can of what has been posted so far.
    I will have missed or forgotten some of it ... so, any rumours that have been posted please just remind me ‘who’ said ‘what’ and I will update this first post.

    Lizardmen:

    Release date: Unknown
    Although some models at least are rumoured to be 'right around the corner' (Hastings)

    Oooh nice, they will leave a mark, let just hope if they appear its not as some shrunk down versions.

    On an unrelated note can see it being sometime before lizards get done again, they are pretty solid at the moment and have no major gaps range wise.

    I am pretty happy with the current Lizardmen. Some of the models are meh and not my style (I'm looking at you Cold Ones.. the Dark Elves sculpt is better imo), but the book is well done overall. I agree with Thuggrim on the Carnasaur Cavalry rumour. A shrunk-down version of them just seems more like a Cold One on steroids - mean enough to scare humans but mild enough to train for a circus.

    wasn't the carnosaur cav idea made in jest?? I don't think Hastings was serious about that one...
