40K Army: Space Marines

Okay so I am thinking about the following because infiltrators are cool and the FW mantis librarian guy is even cooler!
This list should really work tactically as I can setup my entire army after my opponent thanks to infiltrate, get re-rolls to failed seize the initiative tests, and I have a very good psychic power in mirage!


HQ
1 Mantis Warriors librarian special character, mirage (he and his unit get shrouded and any unit charging them counts as disordered) and nullzone. His stats are similar to a standard librarian but he has a 5+inv and can reroll 1 failed psychic test each turn. He has a force weapon, bolt pistol, hood, and is mastery level 2. Plus he gives your army infiltrate if they are infantry and don't have a transport!

Elites
5 Tac termies, assault cannon, Chain Fist.

Troops
10 Tacs, lascannon, plasmagun, combi plasma.

10 Tacs, lascannon, plasmagun, combi plasma.

10 Tacs, lascannon, plasmagun, combi plasma.

5 Scout snipers, camo cloaks.

Fast Attack
6 Scout bikes, combi melta, melta bombs, 2 grenade launchers.

Heavy Support
10 Devs, 3 missiles, 1 multi melta, power axe.

Total = 1500 points.


My army theme is that they are fast moving skirmishers and a successor chapter of White Scars descent. They prefer to surround their enemies and pick off the weaker elements before sending in the Terminators to finish off.
