This is a Kauyon fighting style list, with the Stealth Teams outflanking to hit things that don't want to move into the firing zones. Depending on what opponent I'm fighting the Crisis team may deep strike to take out a high value target. The Shas'o may or may not join them, again depending on enemy army composition. The Farseer probably stays in the back with the broadsides, but that may change depending on opponent and what powers I roll. The broadsides' shield drone stays in the front to absorb shooting with it's 2+/4+.
Thoughts? Suggestions other than "Add more Crisis Suits"?

Seriously though, add more crisis suits. Stealth suits cost too much for what they do. Also, you may want larger or more fire warrior teams. I would also take more black sun filters, as you only need 1 in a squad to give them all night vision, giving you an advantage in most games since night fighting statistically will show up for at least one turn in 31/32 games that last to turn 7 and 3/4 games that end after turn 5.

your 6 strong fire warriors which are your scoring units is not a good choice. I can't really see you holding a point. yes more xv8 suites is a must. I suggest you up your FW to 12 man squads with a leader as ld 7 sucks.
Why take path finders? just stick with rangers and make it a big 10 man unit IMO.
Kroot are great also as they can infiltrate so a nice blob units would be good also.
