Do charging bonus attacks get added to the D3 attacks from MSS? Does abilities like furious charge also get added? It states that "instead of attacking normally".

They are not "attacks". They are automatic hits. So its D3 automatic hits only, no matter how many attacks the model has. All other bonuses (and penalties) are applied. And don't forget you can choose what weapon the affected model is going to use.

Thank you for the reply. So no extra attacks for chargeing but you would still apply the furoius charge bonus to strength?

I played a game with my Orks and when Ghazgull gets MSS I added his +2 to his charge attacks which was rough. It is nice to no that that won't apply.

You apply all the modifiers. Ie a str 4 model with a power lance and a pistol which is subject to furious charge, charges a lord and gets shackled, then the lord can choose the power lance and have that model deal D3 Str 6/AP3 attacks on his unit.
