Night Lords/Dark Eldar

Could these be used as allies, fluff wise? I was trying to think of a reason for csm and de to ally, seeing as de hate chaos, but i thought night lords hate chaos as well, and they use similar tactics (fear, guerilla warfare). Is there any situations where they would ally?

Night Lords wish to spread fear and terror in those they wish to crush.
Dark Eldar wish the spread fear and terror for their own amusement.

Yeah, I can see why they might work together.
