Are they now able to first move 12" and then turboboost 36"?
If they can do that, are they able to use their blade vanes, caltrops etc when turboboosting?
cheers
John

Isn't the save reduced to 4+ (jinx)?
Ok, another thing on the reavers, Unit of 9, 3 cluster caltrops, 3D6 autohits at S6! Will that autohit flyers and flying monster as well?

Untill a faq it looks like Reavers with upgrades will ruin a FMC's day.
As a supplementary question, how are the wounds from blade vanes/cluster caltrops allocated against the target unit? Can you chose where you hit the unit during the turbo boost (so first wound on meltagun in middle of squad, followed by closest model to him etc seems kinda cheating), or are they allocated from the front of the unit, where the front is the side from which the attack hit home (this is how I have been playing it)?

Depends on how it is worded exactly. If it is touching cover then I would say no as you are touching your bike and that is providing the cover. But if it explicitly say Area terrain then yes it would iignore it as it is not a cover save provided by area terrain. I have heard both but I do not know which is right.
I'll think of something appropriate soon enough to put here.
I'm sorry. You can't claim your own bike is providing cover. That is ridiculous. If Jink is a cover save you'll lose it thanks to the hive guard's rule.

No, the Impaler Cannon only ignores cover if you are in cover or touching cover but the cover is not between you and the Hive Guard. This in no way prevents you from claiming a jink save.

Another thing...
I didn't see anything that made it unable to move 2d6 in the assault phase, making it 12" move+ 36" turboboost + 2d6 " assault move

You didn't?
What Dalmuti is trying to say, I think, is that you need to re-read the last few sentences of the turbo boosting rule, in particular the one about voluntary actions and how you can't do them.

Bladevane attacks are resolved using "random allocation" - BRB page 15
It's worth remembering that you can only do the bladevane attack during your 36" turbo boost move and not during your 12" regular move.
