bezerker fleet rules question

Have been reading the powers of chaos 2010 compendium fleets. Namely the bezerker fleet of khorne. What i cannot work out is that nowhere does it specifically say you have to buy space marine crews as a prerequisite to buying a mark of khorne. As i understand it that was the case in previous rules.

Am i now allowed to buy marks without buying space marines? It makes sense as they seem to provide extra bonuses on top of the mark. It also seems to make sense at it is the bezerker fleet of khorne rather than say, a world eaters or khorne csm fleet.

Pg 120 states that any ship with a CSM crew may take a mark of khorne, this includes any ships with warmasters/ lords.

Basically a warmaster must take the mark and a lord has the option to take it. Additionally a ship with a CSM crew may as well. There is no option listed for any other type of ship to take the mark.

Sorry, yes daemon ships have the mark included in their cost for a berzerker fleet, also the Conqueror includes this as part pf its cost.
