I have Question....Your Warlock has Ghost.....what is Ghost?

This list is great by the way, the enemy will focus fire on the avatar and wraithlord or have them come crashing in with wraithguard close behind to vaporize anything, the entire time Kablites are lighting things up. The Talos and cronos Giving out pain tokens and also being hard to deal with. T6 for 7 models T7 for 2 and T8 for a one model this is mean, the only thing different you could do is some Wracks and Grotesques for a fun T3 -T8 list...would be great lol.

But seriously I like the army, but I gotta say, never Rangers ..Always Pathfinders...its worth the few extra points...trust me.
Theres only one thing that can take you out with very little problem...Dark Eldar..poisoned weapons everywhere and you have 4 monstrous creatures.....but you wont com across that much so dont worry.

The Heamonculus are great for pain tokens if thats what they are doing, if not I would go with Archon ..the Baron or Lileth for all the great CC Force multiplication they can provide.

    Wraithguard with Enhance?
Why? make them I5 is ok...WS5 is ok but we really dont want them in CC, now its true they can do some damage in CC and are nearly inmpossible to take out in CC but range is where we want them, But the enemy has a chance of shooting them with high ap weapons once they realize oooh Wraithguard kill things..So give the WArlock Conceal instead of Enhance and they can walk around anywhere with a cover save.

    Well Hope this helps

I think it is called ghost seer to help with wraithsight.

    Will change enhance to conceal

difficult to find room for wracks and grots but at 2k they would go in.

    Changes made to list.

I like this list a lot.

I like this a lot as well. Can I offer though: maybe take the Pathfinder upgrade for the rangers? That way they have a little killing potential. A nuisance isn't as good as a pin-prick pain in the ass!

I think the Avatar is a great unit to field in any non-Eldar army.

Can I suggest trying to find a way to take another Cronos or Talos?

another talos or cronos would impact my anti air from razorwing,
If i had the points i would have pathfinders but what could i drop or reduce to get the points?

Love it! Needs some fine-tuning, but the forge world model for the avatar would be epic for that list.

I don't like blasters in non-mobile or Lance squads. 15 points could be spent better elsewhere.

Not everyone agrees, but as I understand it, the syberite can be upgraded from the Dark Lance model in the unit, adding Presicion Shot to your dark lance (plus look out sir rule).

Razor Wing is horrible at Anti Air. Get a Eldar Nightwing Intercepter (or Sub razor wing as one).

I'd drop the razorwing for a void bomber, add some harlequins (they got way better now!), and add maybe some grotesques instead of the aegis line.

I have edited the list a bit, if you suggest changes state what you would drop to make it happen.

Re: 1500 dark eldar avatar (fun to use with a tactical rationale)

Just had 1sr battle with list against 1500 daemons.

    Things of note:
Warriors did well causing alot of damage to bloodletters and screamers as well as holding objectives, feel no pain really helps them alot.

Talos was ok killing beasts of nurgle

Cronos was disapointing as he did not really cause wnough damage and not many units could really benefits from soul points except itself and talos.

Voidraven was ok but most oponent soul grinders were dead already.

Aegis and quad gun did well and i would recommend.

Avatar killed lord of change in combat but perhaps i need to be more agressive with him.

Rangers took and held objective so no complaints.

Wraithlord is a good tar pit and killed a unit of bloodletters with hereald.

Wraithguard rocked, killed 2 soul grinders.

Overall having a high number high toughness targets posed my oponnent some targeting issues, i wad left with the following questions.

Would another talos be more effective, would a razorwing be better as is more flexible or drop flier altogether (are fliers all that)

I may swap one squad of warriors to wracks but would thay reduce my anti tank too much?

For 2k are you going to be allowed to use double foc or not?

I would then need 4 troop choices.
