ISO Alternate models for grave guard- that look like ghouls

So I have an army thats mostly Animalistic stuff- Necromance (which I model as a shaman), Vargheists, Varghulfs, Terror Bats, Crypt Horrors and not many zombies or skeletons.
The grave guard, while indispensible in games, stick out like a sore thumb. Does anyone have any ideas for models (or conversions) that would make grave guard (with great weapons) fit in better with ghouls

There's nothing to say that they have to look uniform (and with the army being a more 'feral' style, it might make more sense if they weren't), so how about a regiment where they use different WFB creatures (e.g. Bestigors, Skaven Stormvermin, a Chaos Warrior or two, Lizardman Temple Guard, Orcs, Dryads, etc), or just use normal Grave Guards and put animal heads (Gors, Ungors, Skaven) onto them?

The posing of models also helps with this, as the undead usually seem like implacable ranks of bodies marching in proper rank and file. Whereas altering their facings and poses so that they are at slightly different angles helps with giving the impression that they are a "mob of unruly critters", rather than a single trained veteran unit.

I'm not sure if his helps, but would like to hear more about your thoughts and this project.

I think the trick will be to find some some that's suitably bigger and more "armored" than most ghouls, while still being on a 20mm base.

I'd think for starters, you make them stand a little more upright, like these plaguebearer conversions.

also, I think sculping some bone armor with skull helmets would work fine.
