    Re: BL Novels in 2013

The SoB were originally the Daughters of the Emperor. They first existed at the time of Gorge Vandire. (the guy of the Age of Apostasty sp?) That is thousands of years after the HH, which I assume @boggle is talking about.

I don't get it either - I thought the new book, coming out is 41k, not 31k. So I assume @boggle meant the HH.

Yes. both novels are set in M41, the second one being set during the events of the Sanctuary 101 Massacre (not sure of the exact name of the event).

People are aware that Black Library still does novels based in the 41st millenium and they are not just all HH era ones?

Van Horstmann has been pulled from the release calendar for an unknown reason. Makes me really sad :-(

Or perhaps a Print on Demand reprint.

Wes I assume you're referring to the previews catalogue although you missed Shadows over Sylvania and the Space Marine Script Book. Both will be print on demand.

So we have now confirmed in the future.

The Crusade of Wrath by George Mann. A triple audio featuring Black Templars, Salamanders and Raven Guard taking part in a Crusade against the Hive Fleets alongside 12 other chapters.

Orion: Tears of Isha by Darius Hinks. Obviously the sequel to The Vaults of Winter.

The Death of Integrity by Guy Haley. Now this one is surprising, a Blood Drinkers SMB novel. It's from source material that is older than me.

The Mark of Calth anthology is obvious. As is Lords of Mars by Graham McNeill.

Seventh Retribution by Ben Counter is the start of a new Captain Lysander series of books. Really looking foward to that one, Lysander really made an impression in Endeavour of Will.

    The triple audio seems interesting.
