    500 pts orcs and goblins

    Fantasy Army: BoC
Hey Guys my friends and I are starting with 500 pts and this was my list for the 500 pts. Let me know what you think and what I should change/add.

Savage Orc Shaman - level 2 on warboar - 121

    Savage Orc big Un's (15) - additional hand weapons, FC - 185

Savage Orc Boar Boyz (5) - additional hand weapons, Savage Orc Boss - 115

    Spider Riders (5) - Short Bows - 70

    total - 491pts

Any thoughts? I was thinking wolf riders instead of the Spider riders but i hate there models.

    Let me know, thanks!

First thing I see is that your shaman is mounted (and presumably riding with the boar boyz). I would dismount him and either put him in the infantry unit or have him lurk behind the infantry unit (out of the way of trouble, but close enough to the unit to get look out sir rolls).

Actually, that's the only thing I see; I don't play O&G and I've only seen them in action a handful of times.

As Moss said, drop the Shamans boar and put him with the infantry unit.
Spider Riders don't need short bows, they will never do anything so it's a waste of points for a unit that will almost always die.
Use the points saved in those two things to get a Power Stone or a Channelling Staff for your Shaman.

I'd recommend chariots. At low point levels, the 50-point goblin chariot can be awesome. It's super quick, and those D6+1 S5 hits can really hurt against small units.
