Am I building towards a decent Wood Elf army.

I've been collecting auctions off of Ebay. I'm trying to build a decent 2500-3000pts army of Wood Elves but they're stuff is so rare on ebay.

    So far I've collected

Highborn with GW, Spell Singer, Spell Weaver on/off Eagle, Lord on horse, wardancer lord, noble BSB on foot

33 5th Edition Glade Guard Archers
    24 Dryads
    8 Way Watchers
    15 Wardancers
    6 Treekin
    2 Treemen
    18 Glade Riders

I think have too many glade riders and not enough archers. What do the veteran wood elf players think.
"War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things. The decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. The person who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."

Looks good to me. I can't remember exactly, but at 2500 points I've taken:

    Lv. 4
    Noble BSB
    10 archers
    10 archers
    10 archers
    8 dryads
    8 dryads
    8 dryads
    5 Glade Riders
    5 Glade Riders
    5 Glade Riders
    6 Treekin
    Treeman
    6 Waywatchers
    6 Waywatchers

There may have been some other goodies, I just can't remember.

I think that the conventional wisdom would agree with you (too many riders, too few glade guard), though I think that what you've got is definitely something you could make work.
