Okay, so we are getting a Limited edition started box, I thought one of the main rumors flying around was there was also going to be a "Dark Angels" starter set, and a "Chaos" Starter set.. Dose any one know if that is still true, or are we just getting the one big starter and that is all, End of Line?

There was never much hope in there being truth to that.

Here's a thought (apologies if already covered), the Chaos release is September right and therefore new shiny stuff is in the upcoming White Dwarf? If so, the starter set has been leaked and no-one thought to do the same for us CSM folk?

Of course they could be the following month, but I've read from several places that it's certainly September.

There's no leaked C:CSM pictures because the White Dwarf has nothing about them other than the starter models.

Shame that Crazed is still in there (albeit it's not as bad and a lot more controllable), I think that'll still keep it from truly competitive lists.

It was a guy on reddit that got the pictures that I posted. I asked him, he said no Chaos in it and the back page which he also posted just showed a grizzled Dark Angel with something like "the fight continues next month" but I can't be bothered looking for the image to post it.

Now crazed works as it used to in the 3.5 codex, right? It's not too bad, we have true LOS now, so fire frensy will always have some targets available.

I'm tempted to do a Khornate Hellbrute with heavy flamer. Gets blood rage most of the time, and has impressive 3+1+2+D3 attacks on the charge.

Solid info points to a release in early September, so it could be a case of CSM featuring in October's WD (and on the website before that) or even having two WDs in a single month - unorthodox, but we can't seem to count on GW doing anything we expect of it these days.

Guess I should just be content with the piles of Daemons I have at the moment! That and the upcoming Dark Vengeance too.

Remember, WD tends to do Battle Reports. "The Battle Rages On" is probably just a teaser for the battle report based off of the starter set.

Anybody else finds it odd that all Chaos stuff is painted red? Could there be a change in the fluff, away from Black Legion...or is this red just a 'new' renegade scheme?

Even if we didn't know that the CSM faction is the Crimson Slaughter (as can be seen in the BADAB, in the timeline and the CSM gallery), I'd say you were thinking too hard.

Theyre Word Bearers. Nothing wrong with other legions/chapters getting the limelight

Yep, though I think it's nice they diverged from their usual "Ultramarines vs someone else"-pattern...and the CSM aren't too khornate, so painting them in another colour scheme shouldn't be too much trouble (as opposed to blue and green berzerkers, for example ^^)

They're not Word Bearers, they're the Crimson Slaughter, which newly appeared in the 6th ed BRB. WB have silver trims.
