I doubt you'll find any music of this sort of genre that isn't copyrighted, since most of it is written for movie soundtracks. The only thing you can do is use the one you want, put a disclaimer in the video description listing who the copyright holder is and that you intend no challenge, and then put a link to where people can buy it, then hope that whoever owns the copyright isn't a d-bag. It's still fairly likely you'd get DMCA'd though, but that's the world we live in; corporate law trumps everything.

Or just find older music that has an expired copyright.

Might not be the type needed though.

You might be able to find something at the Free Music Archive. Failing that, if it is a purely Games Workshop feature you are wanting to make then maybe some of the music from one of the video game soundtracks.

I believe everything written before 1900 or so is public domain, so your options are actually pretty open.

Though someone may want to verify that a recent recording of a public domain song cannot be copyrighted.

Average copyright is 50-75 years, depending on where, IIRC.

As an example, a symphony by Beethoven would currently have no copyright, however if you used a recording of it made recently, you would have to get permission to use the recording as the performance has copyright, or whatever the term for it is.

Alternatively, should you be lucky enough to have your own orchestra, you can record your own version for free.

I lot of tribe music is usually public domain, and is better than the generic music that usually goes with warhammer music.
